Data we process
Contact form and booking data (name, work email, company type, project details), technical access data (IP address, browser, time of access), and cookie preferences.
Purposes & legal bases
Answering inquiries and preparing offers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and optional analytics or marketing only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG).
Retention
We delete inquiry data when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply. Server logs are deleted after 14 days.
Recipients & transfers
We use carefully selected hosting and service providers bound by data processing agreements. Transfers outside the EU only happen with appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
